Shipping Destinations

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. Whether you’re based locally or ordering from overseas, we’re happy to deliver 5 Islands to you.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Get your order in 1–3 business days for a faster option.

Shipping Cost:

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50

Express Shipping: Flat rate of $10

Orders under $50: Standard shipping fee of $6.95

International Shipping

We ship to a variety of international destinations. International shipping times vary depending on the country and can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.

International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 PM AEST on weekdays or during weekends will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
