Processing your return

If you are not satisfied with your 5 Islands purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase by starting the returns process via our returns portal: [insert link].

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are not covered by 5 Islands.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. As skin and hair vary from person to person, we do not provide a satisfaction guarantee.

 

If your return is approved and a refund is issued, please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, including orders shipped to New Zealand.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care when packing your order, however issues can occasionally occur during transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please email info@5islands.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
